We will make every effort to pack and ship your orders as quick as possible. For orders within the U.S., standard lead times are 3-7 business days from the date the order is placed. All shipping charges will be applied to your online cart during checkout.
For orders shipping to Canada, please allow at least 10 business day from the date of order.
International shipping may be subject to delays depending on the courier or regulations. As a result, we may not be able to predict the estimated time of arrival. The courier service handling your local shipment may be able to provide detailed information.
As an environmentally conscious brand, we do not offer expedited shipping services.
We currently ship by USPS with a 3-7 business day transit time.
International shipments may ship by air and are handled by your country’s local courier.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150. All return and exchange shipping are free with the label provided.
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.
You may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days from the order ship date. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed with original labels intact. Studio R330 reserves the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the items to do meet the return policy requirements.
The following are not eligible for return or exchanges:
- Worn merchandise (items received with odor will be considered worn)
- Washed merchandise
- Damaged items (that were not received damaged at the time of receiving the shipment)
- Underwear/Intimate apparel, Swimwear, Cosmetics and Earrings
- Final Sale
- Free gifts or promotional items
- International orders
- Orders placed on R330.jp
- Items purchased anywhere other than Studio-R330.com (this may include any promotional events)
To request a return or exchange, please email CustomerService@Studio-R330.com with the following details:
- First and last name of the purchaser
- Email address used to place the order
- Order number – You can find this information on your packing slip or order confirmation email.
- Item description
- Size you are returning or exchanging
Exchanges only
If you ordered the wrong color or size, we can help to provide an even exchange only. We do not offer uneven exchanges. Please provide details on size and color that you are exchanging.
Your exchanged item(s) will ship once we have received and evaluated the original item.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process. In some cases, we may have processed your return on our end, but the funds may take time for your bank or merchant to receive the funds. Please check with your bank or merchant.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international
sales.
We can help to process any orders received as a gift.
However, we can only accept gift returns and exchanges if the order came from Studio-R330.com. To process a gift return or exchange, we will need:
- Original order number
- Your email address
- Shipping address
If you do not have details of the order, we recommend that you reach out to the purchaser to with the order details.
We cannot issue a refund to another individual who is not the original purchaser; all refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
If you have any issues with a package that was delivered damaged or if the merchandise is damaged upon receiving the items, please contact us right away at CustomerService@Studio-R330.com . We ask that you provide the details of your order number, item description and a clear image. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
